      Decent window for garden shed

      The window itself isn't the sturdiest but it's fine for my garden shed. It seems that at the four outside corners, it was supposed to be caulked but wasn't. It would make for leaking if it wasn't caulked.

      Thank you for your kind review of our flush mount window. You bring up a good question about the caulking. The construction of the window has silicone sealant at the top and bottom of the window and corresponding screws that fasten the window together; this prevents condensate from inside the structure from weeping through the window frame. Sealant should be applied to the exterior shed surface where the window mounting flange screws to the shed, this prevents moisture from outside the shed from getting behind the window.
